ACCENT IT: Where tranquility meets innovation
Accent is a leading multinational HR company with over 250 offices across Belgium alone. To enhance their work environments, Accent partnered with HOI to reimagine their IT department, focusing on a comprehensive redesign that met specific requirements.
Key project elements included optimizing the number of workstations, reintegrating desks and chairs, creating both formal and informal meeting spaces, and ensuring top-notch acoustics and ergonomics. Additionally, the design incorporated a dedicated help desk prep and pickup zone for IT equipment. Effective communication and thorough preparation were essential, but thanks to the longstanding collaboration between Accent and HOI, the process was seamless.
The resulting design features a minimalist aesthetic characterized by sleek lines and open spaces, emphasizing natural light. Warm, muted tones and functional layouts foster a calm atmosphere, while contemporary materials and modern details inject a fresh, innovative spirit into the interiors.
